LIGHTING UP A BANKING LEGACY

When the Bank of East Asia reached the major milestone of its 100th anniversary, they turned to BaseCreate to help them celebrate in grand style. We organized a gala cocktail reception at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre for 4,000 guests, creating an unforgettable event to honour the bank's legacy.

To set the stage for this high-profile celebration, BaseCreate designed large-scale illuminated replica facades of the Bank's current and previous headquarters buildings in Hong Kong. The celebration kicked off with a lighting-up ceremony, presided over by the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong SAR and other leading officials. The reception was accompanied by an exhibition of items from the Bank's archives, showcasing highlights from its storied history.
