We undertook the design, production, and management of Deloitte's APAC Regional Managers Meeting in China. The event, which attracted approximately 1,000 delegates, was designed with a contemporary format featuring insights presentations and Q&A sharing sessions to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration among regional managers, reinforcing Deloitte's culture of serving with integrity.

Our services included venue decoration, event identity and graphics, guest logistics support, and on-site event execution. Our team collaborated closely with Deloitte to understand their needs and create a custom solution. Our attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality event experience resulted in a successful meeting.
